I bought a condo from David Lilley 3 years ago in a building that he developed. All went very smoothly and he was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. David Lilley also remains very involved with the condo association of the building taking care of the finances, collecting condo fees, and paying building expenses. I and the other residents of the development are very happy with the way he manages these activities. He also has tenants in the condos he owns in the building.
