Cambridge

Welcome to Cambridge

An intellectual enclave right next door to Boston

With two world-class universities, the town of Cambridge is centered around academia and innovation. As a result, the more than 100,000 people that live here are both intelligent and creative. Located right on the border of Boston (and home to its northernmost stop on the T), Cambridge offers convenience along with distinctive culture and nightlife.

Cambridge real estate ranges from condos and townhouses to single-family homes, but Cambridge has a higher homeownership rate than the rest of the state. Luxury properties with backyards are prevalent, although due to the number of university students in the area, renters make up nearly half of the population.
